We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Nash, TX. This individual will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage staff, and handle a wide range of accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing both people and processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage daily office operations and supervise office staff
- Maintain accurate records using accounting software similar to QuickBooks
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Handle collections, liens, sales tax filings, payroll, unemployment, and withholdings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
- Collaborate with leadership to streamline office systems and improve efficiency
- Provide support to field and project teams as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional office environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Prior experience in AP, AR, payroll, and tax filings
- Strong knowledge of collections, liens, and compliance requirements
- Experience managing and leading office staff
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Construction office experience strongly preferred
- Ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work independently
