SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Sales, the Solar Selling Sales Manager will be responsible for training, developing, and overseeing the performance of our sales team in the LA area. We’re seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven leader with a proven track record of leading revenue-generating teams to success and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the development of our people, services, and processes to ensure success
  • Act as the subject matter expert on solar sales in the assigned market
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and inspire the team to meet and exceed quotas
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to review performance metrics, communicate company directives, and foster team engagement
  • Address escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Manage annual performance reviews, recommend learning opportunities, and support promotions
  • Approve customer promotions and discounts, as necessary
  • Conduct in-home solar sales presentations
  • Recruit, identify and hire highly effective sales professionals
REQUIREMENTS
  • We are seeking experienced, top-performing solar sales experts only
  • Proven success as a solar sales closer with verifiable results
  • A minimum of 5 years in the solar industry, with 2-4 years of sales management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Must possess a valid CA license
