Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Lead Electricians to join our growing team in the Texarkana area. Candidates may have experience in commercial, industrial, residential service work, or any combination of the three. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality electrical work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems.
  • Perform commercial, industrial, and/or residential service work based on experience and project needs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
  • Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Work safely while following OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, customers, and fellow electricians to complete projects efficiently.
  • Lead projects and mentor apprentices or junior electricians when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial, industrial, residential service electrical work, or any combination of these disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve electrical issues independently.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in a variety of environments.
  • Pre-employment drug screening required.
  • Valid driver's license preferred, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $32.10/hour for qualified candidates, with higher wages available for Foreman-level experience.
