- Oversee installation crews and job execution
- Interpret blueprints and installation layouts
- Ensure installation quality and code compliance
- Perform system commissioning and final walkthroughs
- Mentor junior installers
- Deliver excellent customer experience
- 2+ years HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
- Proven leadership or crew lead experience
- Strong installation and layout knowledge
- Clean driving record
