Due to continued growth and expansion, Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team! You will work in a fast-paced environment with lots of demands on your time. We are looking for someone who thrives with organization, can maintain concentration, is detail oriented, and accurate.

Responsibilities:

  • Process new job folders and change orders in Sage and Update MTM Quota
  • Process new sales contracts in Sage 100 including export
  • Assisting the Controller in setting and analyzing budgets
  • Calculating sales commission based on projected profit rate and maintaining records
  • Process change orders same day as received
  • Ensure all budgets and job costing are accurate
  • Invoice progress billing invoices and post related payments
  • Coordinate and ensure that bank deposits are made daily and on a regular basis during the week

Qualifications:

  • Three (3)+ years of accounting experience or a degree in accounting with emphasis on accounts receivable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Sage
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible in tasks
  • Knowledge of GAAP accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures.
  • Highly-organized with great attention to detail skills, trustworthy, and self-directed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from management team
  • Willing to learn and be coachable
