What You’ll Do- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot systems for performance and efficiency issues
- Clear condensate lines and inspect system drainage
- Respond to occasional emergency service calls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle
- Accurately document work performed and complete service reports
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all code requirements
What We’re Looking For- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- Universal EPA Certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Clear, professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work on a rotating on-call schedule (nights/weekends, limited)

Compensation: Up to $100,000/year based on experience + Commission / bonus pay for 5-star customer reviews
