We are seeking a skilled and reliable Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects, with a strong focus on commercial work in the Dallas area.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of electrical projects—from planning and coordination to execution and close-out. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

- Oversee and manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and on-site teams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Review and approve project documentation, change orders, and invoices.
- Proven experience managing commercial and/or industrial electrical projects.
- Strong understanding of NEC codes, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA certification and PMP certification are a plus.
- Must be based in or willing to travel to the Dallas area.
